How we pick products
What we look at
- Specs and safety limits from the maker: user weight and age limits, dimensions, materials, certifications (for example FIG approval for competition equipment).
- Reviews: average rating and review count on the retailer, plus recurring complaints (sizing, durability, wobble).
- Retailer data: current price, availability, return policy and shipping.
- Gymnastics fit: is it actually used in the sport? (For example, we list gymnastics trampolines and trainers, not fitness rebounders.)
What we don't do
We have not hands-on tested these products, and we say so. We don't invent ratings, and we don't add star ratings to our structured data.
Safety first
For home equipment we favor low, stable options (floor beams, folding mats) and include each product's limits. Home equipment is for coach-approved drills with an adult present, never for learning new flips.
Money
Some links are affiliate links; commissions never decide what we include. See the affiliate disclosure.
